1How far in advance should I book my wedding date?+

For weddings and large bridal parties, we recommend booking 1 to 3 months in advance to guarantee date exclusivity. Popular Saturday wedding dates fill up rapidly.

2What is your booking and deposit policy?+

A 50% non-refundable commitment deposit is required to lock in your date on Vivian's calendar. The remaining 50% balance is payable on or before the appointment morning.

3Do you travel outside Lagos for destination weddings?+

Yes! Vivian regularly travels across Nigeria (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Owerri, Enugu, Ibadan) and internationally for destination weddings. Travel logistics (flight tickets and hotel accommodation) are covered by the client.

4How should I prepare my skin before the makeover session?+

Please arrive with a clean, freshly washed face free of heavy oils. Exfoliate gently 24 hours prior and drink plenty of water. We handle deep hydration priming at the start of your session.
